He was organized, had a strategic plan, did a fun open house just for our neighbors, and was incredibly personable during the whole selling process. He helped us show and present the best our house could with good advice for staging, a professional video and photos. Our house sold quickly and above asking price. He did a great job!

FAQs for Homebuyers

Most buyers in the Denver Metro area close in about 30-45 days after their offer is accepted. If you’re paying cash, it can be quicker. The longest part is finding the right home and completing inspections and loan approval.

Get pre-approved for a mortgage. A pre-approval tells you how much you can afford and makes your offer stronger when you find the perfect Denver home. I can connect you with trusted local lenders if you need recommendations.

You don’t need 20%! Many buyers purchase Denver homes with as little as 3-5% down. There are also first-time homebuyer programs in Colorado that can help with down payment assistance.

As of now, the average single-family home in Denver is around $600,000, while condos and townhomes often range from $350,000-$500,000. Prices vary by neighborhood, so I’ll help you find the best fit for your budget.

If you find a home you love and can afford, don’t wait! You can buy now and refinance later if rates drop. Waiting could mean paying more if Denver home prices rise.

Denver is still in demand, but it’s not as wild as a couple of years ago. Some homes still get multiple offers, especially in hot neighborhoods, but buyers now have more negotiating power.

No! In Denver, the seller typically pays realtor commissions, so having me represent you doesn’t cost you anything extra.

Once your offer is accepted, we’ll hire a licensed inspector to check the home for major issues. If something comes up, we can negotiate repairs or a credit before closing.

It depends on your lifestyle!

Families: Highlands Ranch, Centennial, Parker (great schools)
Young professionals: LoHi, RiNo, Wash Park (restaurants & nightlife)
Retirees: Littleton, Lakewood, Arvada (quiet & scenic)

Expect around 2-3% of the purchase price. That covers your appraisal, loan fees, and title insurance. I’ll provide an estimate early so there are no surprises.
